Frank Gröner has more than 21 years of management experience in purchasing and materials management. In addition to the restructuring of cross-site purchasing departments and purchasing processes, the development of supplier management systems, as well as the identification and realization of cost-cutting measures are topics which are given priority. Due to his many years of experience in industry, Frank Gröner has an extensive and broad industry knowledge. In customer projects, Frank Gröner is employed as interim manager for Purchasing. He is working at Staufen AG since 2010.
